Victorio Santiago

Victorio Abueg Santiago was a man who went missing along with his two sons in 2002.

It is possible that Victorio abducted his children and either stayed in Hawaii or fled the the Philippines, but authorities do not believe they are in Hawaii and alive. It has also been speculated that Victorio committed suicide or that the family met with foul play.
