Thomas Charles "Tom" Hawks was a man who was presumably murdered alongside his wife while aboard their yacht in 2004.
Despite their bodies never being found, four people, including former child actor Skyler Deleon, were convicted for their murders, with Deleon and another man being sentenced to death.
