Timothy Wendell "Tim" Noonan Jr. was a man who was swept away along multiple other people when the Ka Loko Dam burst after abnormally heavy rainfall in Kauai, Hawaii.
The owner of the dam was indicted for seven counts of manslaughter; he plead guilty to reckless endangerment. He had refused to let the dam be inspected and had allegedly tampered with an emergency feature which lead to it breaking.
