Tejin Rafael Thomas was a teenage boy who disappeared after he left home to go to a friend's house. Three suicide notes from Tejin were found after he left, saying he was going to drown himself in the Potomac River. Some clothing and belongings were found near the river; however, his body has not been recovered.
