Ralph Alan Newcombe was a man who disappeared from Seattle, Washington. He had moved to Washington from Alaska to try to establish a building contractor business and disappeared soon after. His truck was later found at the Alaska Ferry Terminal with his tools, wallet and ID inside. His family said that he was very distressed after the Exxon Valdez oil spill, and may have gone back to Alaska. There were also possible sightings of him in Montana and Wyoming.
