Patricia "Patsy" Ann Calloway was a woman who disappeared from her job at the Professional Care Home in Hartford, Kentucky. In 2012, Vernon Calloway, Patsy's ex-brother-in-law, and his wife, Debra, were charged in her murder. Investigators believe that Patsy was present when Vernon burnt down his brother's house for insurance money and that Vernon and Debra killed her to silence her as a potential witness. Vernon died in July 2013 of natural causes, but Debra was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder in 2014.
