Santiago was reportedly last seen in the 300 block of Rodney Street getting into a cab with an unidentified man the night of August 20, 2005 around 9:15 p.m.
Other sources say that she was last seen in the vicinity of 306 Rodney Street, within the confines of the 90th Precinct of the New York City Police Department.
