Marcell Byers was a man who disappeared after being abducted by a man who pistol-whipped him and sprayed him in the face with mace before throwing him in the back of his car. Gerald Zuppo Sr. and Jerry Zuppo Jr. were convicted of kidnapping Byers but not of his murder. Byers is believed to be deceased.
