Loukthayoth "Luke" Yoshi Phiangdae (also known as Phiangdae Loukthayoth) was a Laotian-American boy who was last see near his family home in Crescent Street in Raymond, Washington at approximately 7:00 P.M. on February 6, 1996. He left after having a minor argument with his father. The next morning Lukes parents found his bedroom door was locked, and a screen had been removed from the window.

Luke didn't have a history of running away and it was considered out of character for him to leave without warning.

His latest age progression shows him at 39.
