Luis Osvaldo Diego Garcia was a young man who went missing in 1996.
He is believed to have been murdered by Woravit "Kim" Mektrakarn, the owner of the factory in which Garcia was employed. Mektrakarn was charged with his murder in 2003, but fled to Thailand and is currently at large.
