Lillian Eileen DeMaris was a woman who vanished in 1952.

Background[]

Lillian was one of ten children. She was born in Nebraska and moved to Iowa as a child. She moved to Nebraska as a child and she also lived in Killeen, Texas for some time. She was a widow at the time of her disappearance and she had three young daughters. She was working as a food vendor at a traveling carnival at the time of her disappearance.

Case[]

Lillian was last seen in Mason City, Iowa on August, 14, 1952. That day she had said that she was going to take her oldest daughter out to dinner to celebrate her birthday. She has not been seen or heard from since. Her vehicle was found outside of the carnival were she worked. Unfortunately, she wasn’t immediately reported missing as her family were worried that her children would be taken away from them.

Lillian has been declared legally dead but her body has never been found. Her children hope to eventually discover what happened to her.
