Kimberly Cozart was a teenager who vanished at some point in February, 1977. She lived on Banner Grade Road in Julian, California at the time of her disappearance. Kimberly's mother, Joyce Harper, disappeared two years earlier in 1975. It is unclear if the cases are connected but they both remain unsolved. Kimberly and her mother were both reported missing on December 15, 1995.
