Katherine "Kat" Anne Truitt was a woman who disappeared from Alameda, California. Her truck was later found at McClure Beach in Point Reyes National Seashore. Two of her dogs were found inside the truck, and a third was found leashed to a rock nearby. Search dogs tracked her to the nearby beach but were unable to follow her trail further. Authorities believe she may have had an accident while hiking.
