In 2018, Samuel Little confessed to killing a woman in 1970 or 1971 in Homestead. He claimed to have met her as she was leaving a home for the mentally ill. Little remembered the woman was a nurse and suffered from menstrual irregularities. He also provided a sketch of the woman, referring to her as "Scandinavia Girl" in the process. Per a memo written by an assistant state attorney in Miami-Dade County, Little was not going to be charged in her case.
