Jozlynn Mari Martinez was a toddler who went missing from her home in 2010. Her mother's boyfriend has been convicted of her murder, but her body has never been found.
Case[]
Jozlynn was the daughter of Consuela Martinez and John Rittenhouse, who lived in Arizona at the time of her disappearence. Consuela said on February 22 to find that Jozlynn was gone along with Consuela's boyfriend, Jeffrey Malmberg. Her other son, who is Jeffrey's son, was still at the premises.
Police caught up to Jeffrey on February 24 and he confessed to them Jozlynn died and he threw her body in a dumpster. It was likely incinerated at a garbage plant. Jeffrey has changed his story multiple times about how Jozlynn died, sometimes saying she died due to neglect and he panicked and other times saying he deliberately murdered her.
