Joyce Elizabeth Harper was a young woman who vanished from Potrero, California at some point in 1975. Her teenage daughter, Kimberly Cozart, vanished two years later in 1977. It is unclear if the cases are linked but they both remain unsolved. Joyce and Kimberly were both reported missing on December 15, 1995.
