Joseph Patrick Martin was a teenager who disappeared from New York on March 25, 1996.
Case[]
Martin was last seen leaving his family home in Kerhonkson, New York on March 25, 1996, to join friends to watch a comet a short distance away. His friends state that he never arrived and he has never been heard from again.
In 2008, Alexander Barsky, Joseph's friend, admitted that he was involved in his death and was convicted of manslaughter. Later in 2009, Joseph's other friend, Daniel Malak, was also charged with Joseph's death and was convicted of second-degree murder.
Barsky claims that he collected Martin's bones several years after his death and threw them away in multiple trash cans in New York City.
