Janet Lee Callies (nee Johnson) was a woman who disappeared from Grand Island, Nebraska. She was supposed to pick up her daughter to go for a meal at 8:30 but never arrived. Her car remains missing. Henry Lee Lucas confessed to her murder in 1984, although it's unsure if he told the truth.

She is the daughter of Garry (d. 1956) and Lola Johnson (d. 2002) Her husband Bill, who she married in 1960, died in 2018. Both Janet's daughters are now deceased and she is listed on a family grave with them despite her remains not being found.
