James Francis Ehrgott was an elderly man who disappeared in 2006.
Case[]
In August 2006, John Wayne Thomson was arrested for carjacking and subsequently confessed to the murder of three people, including Ehrgott. He claimed that he had kidnapped Ehrgott, shot him, and stolen his car. Thomson stated that Ehrgott's body was dumped under a bridge in Idaho.
In 2014, he was convicted of another man's murder and passed away in 2024.
