Heather Lynn Higgins was a woman who disappeared from Spokane, Washington. She had gotten a ride from a friend, Robert Davis, who was the last one to see her alive.
Davis was later considered the prime suspect in the murder of Kala Williams, whose body was found in 2012. He also confessed to his mother that apparently two men had forced him to dispose of Higgins' body after they had killed her. Despite the confession, he was not charged in either case.
