Gustaf Sepp was an Estonian convict who was last seen at Simonjovka, Siberia with a Finnish convict named Matti Haapoja in 1889. He has not been seen or heard from again and no images of him are currently available.

Matti Haapoja was a Finnish career criminal and serial killer convicted for two murders and was on trial for a third murder before he committted suicide in prison on January 8, 1895. Since his death, he was linked to seven other murder cases, including Gustaf's case, although most of these cases happened during his exile in Siberia and are poorly documented so his involvement is not certain. Some sources claim Haapoja killed 22-25 people, but this also has not been confirmed.
