Frank Ray Santmyer Jr. was a man who disappeared in 1977. He was facing drug charges after being arrested at the Baltimore-Washington International Airport after cocaine was found in his possession.
Authorities believe Frank was shot to death during a robbery. No one has been charged in his presumed murder though. He was declared legally dead in October 28, 1980 but his body has never been found.
