Frances Lorraine Byrne was a woman with Down syndrome who vanished in 1989. She was last seen sitting on a swing at her assisted living facility in the vicinity of Interlachen Boulevard. She is believed to have wandered away from the facility as she had done this before, although she'd always remained in sight.
A dog tracked Frances's scent to Interlachen Boulevard before losing it. It is possible that she may have gotten in a car when she reached the road. Frances has not been seen or heard from since her disappearance.
