International Missing Persons Wiki

Felicia Teo Wei Ling was a young woman who went missing after leaving in a car with her friends in 2007.

In December 2020, one of her two friends was charged with her murder. He was later sentenced to 26 months for corpse abandonment, stealing Felicia's belongings and providing false evidence. Felicia's body has never been recovered.

Case[]

Felicia was last seen in the very early hours of 30 June when she left her flat to get in the car with two male friends, Ahmad Danial Mohamed Rafa'ee and Ragil Putra Setia Sukmarahjana. They were all students at Lasalle College of the Arts. Ahmad and Ragil returned that morning without Felicia, claiming that she had left on her own. Several days passed, but there was no sign of her. Felicia's mother filed a missing persons report on 3 July and missing person flyers were put up all around Singapore. The case received national attention, and a large search was conducted for Felicia along with a review of CCTV footage in the area, but no sign of her was found and the case went cold.

In July 2020, the CID decided to reopen Felicia's case. On 15 December 2020, Ahmad Danial Mohamed Rafa'ee was arrested in relation to Felicia's disappearance. On 17 December 2020, he was charged with her murder. He is awaiting his sentence. Ragil Putra Setia Sukmarahjana was named the probable accomplice but remains at large and is believed to be overseas.
