Farzana Ahad was a woman who was spoken to by police in Fitzroy Gardens in Melbourne, Victoria, during COVID lockdowns where she was located in public spaces, breaching COVID rules. When spoken to by police, she appeared in good health, stated she was homeless and was possibly going to travel to Sydney.

Her sister officially reported her missing on 2 May 2022. She was previously reported missing by her sister in 2019. She was located in Southbank, Melbourne, where she told police members that she did not wish to have contact with her family and wanted to remain homeless. Farzana has been estranged from her family since 2017. She had not accessed any bank accounts or used any homeless welfare or hospital services since. Farzana was born in Bangladesh and moved to Australia in 2005 and has since lived in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.

On 12 December 2024, police announced Farzana had been found safe and well.
