Donna Lee Fowler was a girl who disappeared from Trinity, California.
Her mother's boyfriend, Wayne Harvey Smith, confessed to killing her while serving a prison sentence for two other murders. He was not officially charged with Donna's murder since he was already serving a life sentence.
