Donato, born in Italy, lived in a small apartment with his almost 80-year-old father. On the evening of the day he disappeared, he left his apartment and left behind all his personal belongings.
Donato is said to have had financial difficulties and had recently been increasingly involved in the prostitution scene. He also suffered from diabetes.
