Deborah Diane “Debbie” Owens was a woman who disappeared from her home in Oroville in 1978.
Case[]
Deborah's husband, Marvin Gail Owens, was the last to see her alive. He is considered a prime suspect in her disappearance.
Deborah had a history of dropping out of sight at times, but she had two young daughters and would never have gone so long without contacting them.
Marvin was arrested and charged with this wife's murder in 2015. He pleaded guilty and admitted to strangling her, receiving four years in prison. Although he told investigators where he buried her, Deborah has never been found.
