Lucinda Lynn "Cindy" Schaefer was a teenager who disappeared while walking to her grandmother's house in 1979. Serial killers Lawrence Bittaker and Roy Norris confessed and were convicted of her rape and murder, but her body has never been found. Additionally, the remains of Andrea Hall, their second victim, have yet to be discovered.
