Christine Denese James was a girl who has been missing since 1979.

Case[]

Christine had a troubled upbringing. She was repeatedly sexually abused by her uncle and teenage cousin, Robert Jackson. Her cousin was stabbed in May 1979, which Christine claims she did, but their mother committed the crime, according to her sister. The killing was ruled justified, but she was placed in a juvenile detention center after this. A few days after she was released, Christine ran away from home and told some friends she believed she might be pregnant. She was not reported missing until 2021.
