Chloie and her half brother, Gage lived with their grandparents, Leon "Bubba" McClaran and Molli McClarin in the 700 block of Kingman Road in Unionville, Tennessee.
Case[]
Chloie and Gage were last seen at their grandparents' home on September 23, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. At 9:30 that evening, the house caught on fire and burned to the ground, killing Leon and Molli. Authorities searched the wreckage, but couldn't find any sign of the children or their remains.
Investigators are unsure what caused the fire, but the county sheriff said that he thought the fire was accidental. The McClarans had over 30 propane tanks in the basement of their home and fire officials found evidence that they had ruptured, although there was no sign of an explosion. The circumstances of Chloie and Gage's disappearances remain unclear.
