Charles Lee Toliver was a man who disappeared from Clinton, Tennessee.

Case

Charles lived with a man named Edward McGimsey when he went missing. In February 2000, a friend of Charles informed his parents that Charles and Edward had a violent argument. Concerned, they went to check on him but discovered that he was missing. Edward stated that he had left Charles at a rest stop near Interstate 75, where some friends were supposed to pick him up. After Charles went missing, Edward was charged with raping a teenage girl and has since been on the run.
