Carol Jane Edwards was last seen leaving her station editor job at TV Guide in downtown Seattle on January 2, 1981. It is believed she was going to her apartment at 562 North 167th Street when she left work and most likely arrived, as her coat and car keys were later found at her home. She usually took the bus to and from work. She has not been seen or heard from since. Foul play is suspected, as she wasn't living a high-risk lifestyle and was a dependable employee in a steady relationship. However, there were no apparent signs of it.
