Brandon Mitchell Brown was a toddler who went missing along with his mother and two siblings in 1985.
His father confessed to all four murders, but was found not guilty by reason of insanity. He was committed to a mental health facility, where he was released in 1997. However, he has since been imprisoned on unrelated charges.
