Bernice Lorraine Redhead was an infant girl who disappeared from Manitoba on May 7, 1968.
Case[]
On the day of her disappearance, Bernice and her family were travelling on a dog sled led by their grandfather on Gods River, Shamattawa, Manitoba, when they broke through the ice. All the passengers fell through the water, but the grandfather managed to pull everyone to safety except for Bernice, who was swept by the river's fast-moving current. Her body has not been recovered.
