Ava Grace Baldwin was a girl who was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Kathryn Baldwin, from San Antonio, Texas. They may still be in Texas or have gone to Oklahoma, California, Florida or Illinois. Friends and family may be helping to conceal Ava.

Ava is the daughter of Kathryn Baldwin and David Hopper. Kathryn and David were married for just over a month after meeting at a recovery group. They didn't find out Kathryn was pregnant until after they divorced. DNA testing confirmed that Ava was David's daughter, and they agreed to raise her together. However, Kathryn moved to Texas and didn't speak to David until he got in touch with her on Myspace. This led to a custody battle, and David was granted joint custody in 2013.
In 2015, Ava's school contacted David after Ava had stopped attending school for nearly a month without explanation. They visited Kathryn's listed address and found that the house was unoccupied, and she had lied about her address. Since 2015, nobody has seen or made contact with either Kathryn or Ava, and some family members believe they are deceased. However, David believes they are still alive and just in hiding.
