Angelo Gene "Andy" Puglisi was a child who went missing in 1976. Foul play is suspected in his case. One person of interest is prominent, who was an individual responsible for the kidnappings and sexual assaults of young boys in the area.

Case[]

Andy disappeared while at a local swimming pool, not far from where he lived. Charles Pierce confessed to killing Janice Pockett and an unnamed boy from Lawrence, Massachusetts, which officials believe could have been Andy. Pierce stated that he buried both children near each other.

Another suspect in the case is Wayne Chapman, who may have been acquainted with Charles Pierce. He drove a similar van to what was witnessed to be in the area at the time of the child's disappearance. Chapman was convicted of the 1975 abductions and rapes of two boys that were kidnapped from the same location where Andy disappeared. There is evidence, however, that Wayne Chapman was actually working in his native state of Rhode Island at the time Andy went missing.
