Alissa Marie Turney was a teenage girl who disappeared from Phoenix, Arizona. She was taken home by her stepfather on her last day of 11th grade at Paradise Valley High School. He left and returned to the house later and found a note from Alissa saying she was running away to California. He also claimed to have received a call from her in California a week later.
Her father was arrested for her murder in August 2020. However, the charges were dropped in 2023.
