Aaron Mitchell Anderson was a toddler who vanished in 1989.
Case[]
Aaron was last seen playing in the yard of his family home at approximately 4:30 p.m. on April 7, 1989 in Pine City, Minnesota. Aaron’s mother left him alone for several minutes and when she returned he was gone. Aaron has not been seen or heard from since and an extensive search failed to find him.
As Aaron’s family home bordered the Snake River authorities initially believed that he may have fallen into the river and drowned. Aaron’s family have criticized the police for failing to look into other possibilities and believe that he may have been abducted though. Investigators have also since admitted that they did not investigate over 20 leads that suggested other possibilities.
